MARTIAL LAW SCENARIO COMING FROM HUNDREDS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT,MILITARY AND INTELLIGENCE AGENTS

I didn’t quite know where to email this so I am taking a chance.
One of my customers who lives in Tennessee told me a few days ago that he has five friends. Three are law enforcement and two are military. All five of his friends have contacted him individually lately and told him the same story. They are being trained for civil unrest when Martial Law is enacted. They are being told that they have to have all of their training completed and equipment in place by the end of August.
They are also being told that the scenario will be late on a Friday afternoon the banking system will go down. The public will be told that hackers have broken into the entire banking system and that in a very few days it will all be back to normal. However, the plan is that the banks will not return to normal.
My customer’s friends told him that when he hears that the banking system has gone down late on a Friday afternoon that he has 72 hours to be out of the city and either in his retreat or on the way there because the cities will be locked down by Martial law.

Here’s what I JUST received:
DoD, DHS and NorthCom coordinated some type of meeting with the FEMA – all heads of all agencies.
FEMA is calling in all operational personnel – activating them
All agencies must be up to 90% “battle strength” in next 5 weeks - 70% in next 7 days.
Expect some type of domestic even in next 10-14 days.
No clue what this means – did NOT come from W, but a secondary source in DC. And I had a hell of a time getting that much.
